Need to update the report reference document to include all of the reports currently available in the repository. Create a new master document and a document for each of the sub folders under reports (i.e. sales analysis).

Detailed Description

1. Need to have all Crystal Reports available from BI Launchpad added to a Report Reference Document with some basic information.
2. Need to refer to the attached sample spreadsheet and Reference PDF document.
3. Need to check the spreadsheet whether each folder in the repository is represented by a tab in the spreadsheet.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to open the report with data.
2. If grouping exists in the report then need to include them in Grouping column.
3. If any selection formulas(Record selection,Group selection or Saved data selection) exists in the report then include the logic in Filters column.
4. Need to find detail fields and Key figures and include them in respective columns.
5. If the report is set to View Time Security(VTS), then include Y or N in the VTS column.
